Delivery Policy

OZ HOMES INSULATION Pty Ltd provides reliable product delivery services. For locations within a designated local service radius, deliveries are carried out for a competitive flat fee. For projects, regional locations, or jobs requiring professional installation outside our standard radius, please reach out to our team directly to arrange a customized quotation.

Once your order has been processed and paid for in full, dispatch typically occurs within 1 to 2 business days. In certain cases, expedited or same-day dispatch may be available upon request.

If any ordered items are temporarily out of stock, we will promptly notify you and provide an expected fulfillment or delivery date.

In addition to your statutory rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and other applicable Australian consumer laws, OZ HOMES INSULATION Pty Ltd may issue a refund or exchange at our discretion, provided we have given prior written consent and the following conditions are met:

• The order is formally canceled prior to product dispatch or shipment.
• Unopened and undamaged products are returned within 30 days of purchase.

Please note that return collection and restocking fees may apply to returned inventory. Customers are generally responsible for organizing the safe return of stock back to our depot. Any approved returns of unopened materials may be subject to a restocking fee (calculated as a percentage of the total purchase value or a standard handling charge).

Project or installation service cancellations will attract a cancellation fee relative to the total project value to cover preparatory work and scheduling. For completed home improvement projects, refunds or credits for any unused leftover materials are calculated based on current retail pricing, excluding any associated labor costs.

1. Definitions

• “Business Day” means standard working hours from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
• “Delivery” refers to the transport and arrival of goods to the specific address designated in your order.
• “Products” refers to insulation materials and accessories supplied by OZ HOMES INSULATION Pty Ltd.
• “You” and “Your” refers to the customer, client, or website visitor purchasing products or services from us.
• “We”, “Us” and “Our” refers to OZ HOMES INSULATION Pty Ltd and its authorized personnel or agents.

2. Pricing & Orders

All listed prices are inclusive of GST and exclude freight or delivery charges unless otherwise specified.

Orders are finalized upon receipt and acknowledgment by our team. We make every effort to process online or direct orders within 1 business day.

If a product is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss suitable alternatives, adjustments, or full reimbursements.

3. Freight Damage & Transit Issues

Any claims regarding transit damage, missing items, or defective products must be reported to OZ HOMES INSULATION Pty Ltd support immediately upon receipt, and no later than 48 hours following delivery.

4. Statutory Consumer Guarantees

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.
