It is conveniently compressed for efficient packaging, reducing handling time and on-site storage requirements. These partition rolls are free from odor, resistant to rot, non-hygroscopic, and do not attract vermin or promote the growth of fungi, mold, or bacteria. This resilient insulation quickly regains its full thickness, ensuring a snug fit and superior aesthetic finish. The 24kg/m³ Earthwool Acoustic Insulation Roll can enhance Rw ratings by 3 to 5 decibels in wood stud construction and 8 to 10 decibels in metal stud construction, depending on wall complexity and thickness/density. This product is intended for light commercial applications and can be applied to interior and exterior walls.
